We use only fresh ingredients and never use preservatives or conditioners in our breads. All breads made from scratch daily.
 

White Breads
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, fresh yeast, water and sea salt.

 

Sourdough Breads
Natural starter, unbleached unbromated white flour, wheat flour, water, sea salt.

Whole Wheat Breads
Stone-ground whole wheat flour, natural starter, unbleached unbromated white flour, water and sea salt.

 

Country White Breads
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, stone-ground whole wheat flour, natural starter, water and sea salt.

 

N.Y. Rye
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, rye flour, rye starter, caraway seed, water and sea salt.

 

7-Grain
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, stone-ground whole wheat flour, flax seed, white buckwheat, rolled oats, oat flour, sunflower seeds, soy oil, honey, water, fresh yeast and sea salt.

 

Fruited Breads (Walnut / Raisin & Cranberry / Walnut)
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, whole wheat flour, natural starter, walnuts, select raisins or dried sweetened cranberries,sugar, fresh yeast, water and sea salt.

 

Ciabatta
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, fresh yeast, olive oil, water and sea salt.

 

Black/Pumpernickel
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, stone-ground whole wheat, rye chops, molasses, caramel color, natural starter, fresh
yeast, soy oil, water and sea salt.

 

Brioche/Challah
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, eggs, butter or vegetable shortening, sugar, water and sea salt.

 

Focaccia
Unbleached, unbromated white flour, olive oil, fresh yeast, water and sea salt.
* Advisory: Corn meal is used to slide the breads into the oven. Some corn meal may stick to the bottom of the breads.
